What difficulties refugees have to face in Czech Republic if some?

Nothing is better than to ask some refugees themself…We were really pleased that our tandem (Me and my client Nour from Syria) were invited to center of political party in Hradec Králové where Nour and me could answer all these questions.

We think that  it should be an important topic for politicans at this time and not only for them. We divided our programm into two parts. The first part was held by me. I explained all the process of acceptance of refugees, about different place where people asking for an asylum need to go. We talked about the numberes in Czech republic and about number of refugees in Europe and whole the world. This is always interesting to realise that not only Europe have the refugees. We also compare  our situation in Czech republic with situation in Germany. This is important part to get some basic knowledge about the topic.

The second part is more fun as Nour is speaking about the Syria and answering questions of public. We opend the place for debate and questions and after one hour, people were still asking. Nour also baked some nice cakes from Syria and I have too only agree that food always helps to break the ice.

The event was really lovely and people really enjoyed it all. It is very important to creat the place where foreigners can meet with czech people together.
