Asiye Toker Gokce, Associate Professor at the Department of Educational Sciences of Faculty of Education at the Kocaeli University in Turkey since 2006. She earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Sciences at the Middle East Technical University in 2001, and PhD in Educational Administration in Ankara University in 2006. She worked in schools and different departments at the Ministry of National Education until 2009.
Her research interests include educational administration and organizational behavior. She published two books related to the concept of mobbing.
She has several book chapters including “The problems of Syrian students in the basic education in Turkey” (2018), “Teacher socialization in changing world: Functionalist, interpretive, and critical perspectives” (2018) and papers including “School principals’ and teachers’ problems related to the education of refugee students in Turkey (2018), and “Development of ethical evaluation questionnaire: A Machiavellian, Utilitarian and religious viewpoint” (2017).
