Nejla Ayvazi is working at UNDP in Azerbaijan and is the Senior Expert for EU Summer Schools development and training at ADA University. Nejla previously worked as a Project Manager at the European Centre for Minority Issues in Kosovo. Her professional experience also includes consulting at the United Nations Office in Azerbaijan, teaching at the Centre of Excellence in EU Studies at ADA University, working at the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Baku, Embassies and IOM Office in Vilnius, as well as for BP Azerbaijan and the private sector.
Ms. Nejla Ayvazi holds a Master Degree in International Business Economics and Management from Vilnius University and Bachelor of Law Degree from Baku State University. She also completed 2 years of LLM programme in European Law at at European Humanities University. Since 2015 Nejla is European Forum Alpbach’s Alumni Ambassador in Azerbaijan. She speaks several languages including English, Azerbaijani, Russian, French, Albanian, Bosnian/Serbian and some Lithuanian.
